That’s how much was STOLEN from the American people in unemployment insurance programs.” He further addressed those responsible for these acts by stating that the American people demand restitution and mentioned that the House GOP is actively pursuing recovery efforts.

He clarified his position with a post saying: “FACT CHECK: I’m in Washington—RIGHT NOW—working for YOU!” He emphasized his commitment to providing accurate information amidst circulating falsehoods.
Later on March 12, Bean addressed rumors concerning potential cuts to significant government programs. In another tweet he asserted: “Fearmongering and spreading lies cannot change reality.” He assured constituents that Medicare, Medicaid, or Social Security would not face cuts but indicated an intention to tackle unnecessary government expenditures.
