Aaron Bean, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Florida’s 4th district, shared a series of tweets on social media addressing various topics including education and national service. Bean has been a member of Congress since 2023 after succeeding John Rutherford. He previously held positions in the Florida House of Representatives and the Florida Senate.

On December 12, 2024, Bean shared his concerns about educational spending by stating, “NEW REPORT: Unelected bureaucrats at the Department of Education spent over $1 BILLION of your tax dollars to BRAINWASH America’s kids! The inimitable @DefendingEd with bombshell report. READ via @FoxNews”.

Later that day, he continued his discourse on education by advocating for changes within the system. He expressed his commitment to work alongside committees and organizations, tweeting “We need to rid America’s education system of the DEI woke mind virus! Looking forward to continue working with @EdWorkforceCmte and @DOGE to accomplish this!”.

On December 13, 2024, Bean took a moment to acknowledge the National Guard’s service anniversary. He expressed gratitude towards its members with the message “Always Ready, Always There.” Join me today in expressing our gratitude to the men and women of @NationalGuard for their years of service and sacrifice to our nation. Wishing a happy 388th birthday to the National Guard!”.
