Aaron Bean, a U.S. Congressman representing Florida’s 4th district, shared his perspectives on current political and international issues through a series of tweets in February 2025. Known for his previous roles in the Florida House of Representatives and Senate, Bean has been serving in Congress since 2023.

On February 18, 2025, Aaron Bean tweeted about what he perceives as a recurring political phenomenon. He remarked, “We’ve seen this movie before when, 8 years ago, the Democrats had Trump Derangement Syndrome. They are using the same playbook, but today, it’s called Elon Derangement Syndrome.” This statement was directed to Newsmax.

Later that day, on February 18, Bean expressed solidarity with Israel amid ongoing conflicts. He stated, “It’s been 500 days. 500 days of captivity. 500 days of stolen lives. 500 days of waiting. But the @HouseGOP will not be silent. We stand with Israel today, tomorrow, and always.”

The following day on February 19, Bean highlighted legislative efforts regarding border security and fiscal policy through another tweet: “This bill marks the FIRST STEP towards closing our border, providing tax relief to hardworking Americans, cutting waste, and restoring our energy independence. Working together, the @HouseGOP will get it done!”
