On Sunday, Feb. 9, former West Nassau County High School standout Hope Epps’ current college team, the Saint Leo Lions, won 10-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Valdosta State Blazers.

The game took place at Mary Cannon Cabot Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Blazers this season.

The Lions’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 14 at 6 p.m. at Naimoli Family Softball Field against Tampa Spartans.
