City of St. Augustine issued the following announcement.

Name: Tips for Kids' Sake 2020

Date and Time: Tuesday, February 4, 2020 | 5 – 8 p.m.

Celebrity waiters serve their friends, family and visitors at dozens of local restaurants to earn donations for "Tips for Kids' Sake!"

Big Brothers Big Sisters of St. Johns County will host its annual Tips for Kids' Sake event on Tuesday, February 4, 2020.

This annual event features celebrity waiters (local lawyers, bankers, other professionals, and many more community-minded individuals) working the tables at a variety of local restaurants. They are encouraged to dress up and to have lots of fun while supporting this great cause, enlisting the help of friends, family, colleagues, visitors, and locals alike to come and be served in their respective sections of the participating restaurants. The object of the evening is simple: have fun, enjoy a delicious meal, and tip generously. All tips will go straight to Big Brothers Big Sisters of St. Johns County. Big Brothers Big Sisters places children in professionally supported one-to-one mentoring relationships that “change children’s lives for the better, forever.” This is the major fundraiser of the year for Big Brothers Big Sisters of St. Johns County. Admission: Cost of meal plus tip donation.
