City of Jacksonville Beach issued the following announcement.
The Jacksonville Beach Police Department is experiencing issues with the non-emergency phone line (270-1661) for communications.
We are asking that for non-emergency situations where you need police assistance call 270-1667 and press option #1; this will put you in contact with a communications officer who can assist you.
If you have an emergency please call 911. Please use 270-1667 for non-emergency police assistance until further notice.
