The Bolles School issued the following announcement.
The Bolles football team advanced to the state final for the second consecutive season and 19th overall on a 32-yard field goal in overtime by Parsa Pordeli ’21. The Bulldogs trailed visiting Gadsden County 7-0 in the fourth quarter, tying the game on a Pordeli extra point following a 22-yard touchdown pass from Gunner Boree ’21 to Davis Ellis ’21. The Jaguars missed a 42-yard field attempt as time expired in regulation. Mack Marrone ’21 led the Bolles defense with 16 tackles.

Bolles will face Cardinal Gibbons in the final on Thursday, December 17, 1 p.m. at Doak Campbell Stadium in Tallahassee. Admission is $15 if purchased in advance (available here) and $18 at the gate ($3 cost of parking included in each ticket of admission). Please note when purchasing tickets that seats will be assigned throughout the stadium to ensure physical distancing and masks are required. The game will stream live on Spectrum Sports for a pay-per-view fee of $9.99.
