City of Jacksonville Beach issued the following announcement.
The Duval County Health Dept COVID Vaccination registration phone lines are experiencing heavy call volumes. Please monitor their webpage at http://duval.floridahealth.gov/alerts.html where online registration is going to be added. Until then, you can complete the consent form and review the vaccination information that is provided on their web page. If you have any further questions, contact the Health Dept at 1 (866) 779-6121 or email COVID-19@flhealth.gov.
