City of Palatka issued the following announcement on Aug. 24
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PALATKA, ADOPTING THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT PLAN UPDATE FOR THE DOWNTOWN PALATKA COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AREA; PROVIDING FOR AN EXTENSION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY’S OPERATIONAL TIMEFRAME, PURSUANT TO THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1969, CHAPTER 163, PART III, FLORIDA STATUTES, PROVIDING FOR SCRIVENER’S ERRORS, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE will be considered by the Planning Board on September 7, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. The meeting is open to the public and will take place at City Hall, 201 N. 2nd St., Palatka, FL 32177. Said proposed ordinance may be inspected by the public at City Hall during regular hours of business. All interested persons are hereby advised of such consideration by the City Commission and all interested parties may appear at said meeting at said time and place and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance. This notice is given in accordance with F.S. 166.041.
