Bolles School issued the following announcement on Aug. 31.
The Bolles Fine and Performing Arts’ monthly art receptions and exhibits in Gooding Gallery begin Friday with a slightly altered version of the time-honored event.
For the time being, monthly gallery receptions will be by invitation only – for the artist showing and one guest of their choosing – to keep gallery crowds at a manageable size. Exhibiting artists will be highlighted during the events, which showcase works from both Upper School San Jose Campus and Lower School Whitehurst Campus artists demonstrating their talent in an array of mediums. Refreshments will be available in a more limited, containable fashion.
While reception parameters are temporarily limited, family and peers can still visit monthly exhibits in-person on their own time or via a virtual reception posted online. You may enjoy this month’s showing below. Bravo to this month’s artists on exhibit!
