Bolles School issued the following announcement on Sept. 29.
The second Spirit Day of the 2021-22 school year was another lively orange and blue success, with student participation and enthusiasm hitting the high notes once again.
In front of Bolles Hall, students enjoyed playing corn hole and other outdoor games during Activities period. Many students were dressed in their grade level spirit shirts or Bolles orange and blue and in special sunglasses and other spirit items provided. Throughout activities period, students “checked in” via a QR code to indicate which grade level they were representing. Later, Bolles upper school teacher and Student Activities Coordinator Jen Willis tallied the numbers to see which class showed the most spirit. As was the case in early September, it was the Class of 2024 for the win. Willis is keeping track of the monthly wins so she can determine which class will be named the most spirited at the end of each semester. Plans are in the works for a special prize.
