City of Fernandina Beach issued the following announcement on Sept. 24.
Due to system maintenance, the ability to pay by credit card WILL NOT be available beginning at 5:00pm Thursday, 9/30/21, through Monday, October 4. We apologize for the inconvenience. This will impact Utility Billing (UB), Building, Planning, Police, and Code Enforcement. Cash or checks will still be accepted. Utility Billing payments may be dropped off at our office located 1180 S. 5th Street (drop box to the right of entrance) or the payment drop box in front of City Hall at 204 Ash Street
