Bolles School issued the following announcement on Oct. 28.
The Bolles boys’ and girls’ cross country teams both won district titles for the seventh straight year on October 27 at Bishop Kenny. The girls won the district meet for the 14th consecutive year and 22nd time overall. The boys won the district title for the seventh consecutive year and 14th overall.
Jillian Candelino ’23 was the girls’ individual champion in a time of 18:38 over the 5k course. The Bolles girls placed seven runners in the top 11. View the complete individual results here.
The boys took the first six individual places and seven of the top eight led by individual champion Aidan Ryan ’23 (15:55). View the boys’ results here.
Both teams advance to the Region 1-2A Championship, to be held Friday, November 5, at the New World Sport Complex at Cecil Field. The girls race at 7:30 a.m. and boys race at 8 a.m.
