City of St. Augustine recently issued the following announcement.
'Shop 'til you drop' takes on new meaning for a garage sale that extends over 150 miles!
Even the most die-hard shopper could be daunted at the idea of a 150-mile-long garage sale, but when that 150 miles is along one of the most beautiful roads in America, the A1A Scenic Byway, it becomes a pleasure. The 13th Annual Super Scenic 150 Mile Garage Sale, presented by Florida Scenic Highways, National Scenic Byways and Friends of A1A Scenic and Historic Coastal Byway, will be from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, November 20, 2021.
From Ponte Vedra Beach to Ponce Inlet, vendors set up tables just bursting with unusual and one-of-a-kind items. Shoppers can caravan along the easy-to-follow route, browse the unique offerings from community groups and local businesses, and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the coastal A1A corridor.
Discounted products from local individuals and businesses will be sold all along the way of the Super Scenic 150 Mile Garage Sale. Coupons will also be available for area restaurants, shops and attractions. Raffle tickets may be purchased at community tables along the route to win prizes.
