Stormwater Crew is On-Site

4

City of Palm Coast issued the following announcement on March 4.

The Stormwater crew is on-site in the b-section of palm coast.

As part of preventative maintenance plan, the crew is replacing old existing culvert pipes with new durable HDPE grade piping that will help improve the stormwater drainage

throughout the city.

HDPE pipe is a type of piping used for fluid and gas transfer and is often used to replace aging concrete or steel mains pipelines.

These new pipes are guaranteed to last approximately 80-100 years and will help build a strong foundation for future city infrastructure.

This particular project took one day to complete and more projects like this are scheduled to happen throughout the City of Palm Coast.

Residents are encouraged to explore what projects are happening near them. View palmcoastgov.com/maps to see schedules for Swale Maintenance, Capital Improvement

Projects, Development Projects, and more!
