City of Jacksonville Beach recently issued the following announcement.
The City of Jacksonville Beach invites you to a design presentation of the Downtown South Infrastructure Redevelopment Phases 3C & 3D.
The project includes replacing the existing water and sanitary sewer systems, new storm drainage w/ curb & gutter, paving alleyways, additional parking, and sidewalks, and reconstructing roadways & sidewalks in the portion of the Downtown Community Redevelopment District designated as Phase 3C Projects 4 & 5 of the Downtown Redevelopment Capital Improvement Plan and Phase 3D Project 6, south of the Downtown Community Redevelopment District.
