City of Green Cove Springs recently issued the following announcement.
CSX Transportation will close the Center Street railroad crossing, between Washington Lane and Roderigo Street, for emergency repairs from 8 a.m. Tuesday, April 5, 2022, to 8
a.m. Wednesday, April 6, 2022.
During this closure east traffic will be detoured from Esplande Avenue to Idlewild Avenue and west traffic will be detoured from Roderigo Avenue to Ferris Street. Dates and times of
this closure are subject to change due to weather and/or other unforeseen conditions. Any changes or updates will be posted to the city website greencovesprings.com and City
social media pages on Facebook, Twitter, and Nextdoor.
