AMENDED AGENDA
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Pledge of Allegiance followed by a moment of silence to honor our Veterans, members of the Armed Forces and First Responders.

a. Proclamation Recognizing Public Works Week.
4. Deletions and changes to the agenda.
5. Public comments regarding items not on the agenda. Citizens are encouraged to speak. However, comments should be limited to three minutes. A thirty-minute allocation of time for public comment on items not on the agenda. Each speaker has up to three-minutes to address the Chair, and one opportunity to speak, no time can be allotted to another speaker.

6. Approve the regular meeting minutes of April 28, 2022 – Jeanelle Jarrah, Deputy City Clerk.
GENERAL BUSINESS
7. Receive a presentation regarding the Smithsonian Water Ways traveling exhibition – Howard Holley.
8. Discussion of Strategic Planning draft recommendations – William R. Whitson.
9. Resolution 2022-10, a resolution by the City Commission of the City of Flagler beach, Florida designating the Emergency Management Director/Coordinator, Liaison Officer and Public Information Officer as required by Chapter 14, Article III Emergency Management, Section 14-43, providing for conflict and an effective date.
10. Schedule tentative budget workshop dates and discussion related to the TRIM process – William R. Whitson.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
11. Ordinance 2022-08, an ordinance of the City of Flagler Beach, Florida, incorporation the re-Plats for Block 34, Moody Subdivision providing instructions to the City Clerk; repealing all conflicting ordinances; and providing a severability clause; and providing for an effective date – first reading.
