Ditch Rehabilitation Project in E Section

14

The Stormwater Department will be starting a ditch rehabilitation project on June 6, 2022, in the E Section of Palm Coast.

This is a ditch rehabilitation project that consists of increasing the conveyance capacity of the drainage ditch and associated stormwater pipes. This project will be completed in-house by our Stormwater crews and will result in a significant amount of vegetation being removed to accommodate a lower ditch profile. The existing pipes on Ehrly and Evans Drive are going to be replaced with larger pipes and will be placed at a lower elevation – equal to the ditch profile.

The purpose of this project is to provide a higher level of flood protection to the neighborhood. Streets impacted during this project include:

  • Ehrling Lane
  • Ehrly Place
  • Evans Drive
  • Evans Place
  • Evanston Lane
  • Evanston Place
  • Evansmill Lane
  • Evansmill Place
  • Evansvillle Lane
  • Evansville Place
  • Evans Park Place
The City of Palm Coast will be working diligently to complete the project as quickly as possible. The City of Palm Coast appreciates the patience and cooperation.
