Director of Admission and Financial Aid Kila McCann was recently appointed as a new board member for the Admission Leadership Council for the Enrollment Management Association. McCann has a long-standing partnership with the organization and has been a mentor to other admission agents for many years.
The Enrollment Management Association was founded by independent school admission officers in order to provide a forum for exchange and support among admission professionals, to create an admission test for use by private schools and to assist parents and students in their independent school search. The organization services more than 900 independent schools and organizations across the country.
The Admission Leadership Council (ALC) was founded to establish a consistent organizational and professional voice for members. The role of the ALC is to be a sounding board for the development of The Association's services, to provide leadership in the area of professional development and to act as advocates for the critical role of admission in schools.
Our congratulations to Kila for continuing to represent The Bolles School in so many outstanding ways!
