The City of Jacksonville Beach and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. are partnering to provide a full, complete, and thorough review and revision to the City’s Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Code. The project will include a robust stakeholder engagement process, including workshops throughout the 18 month project timeline.
