City's annual Arbor Day Ceremony will take place at the entrance of Vera Francis Hall Park on Friday, Jan. 20, at 10 a.m. This year's tree will be planted in memory of Garden Club of Green Cove Springs members Elaine Townsend and Anita Rosemary Laura Trinca Newport.
