The Jacksonville Beach Police Department is working to ensure the safety of children traveling back and forth to school during the 2022-2023 school year.
We are participating in Florida’s Safe Routes to School (SRTS) program sponsored by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT).
Follow us over the next two weeks as we share school maps, crosswalk safety, pedestrian safety, bicycle safety, school bus and school zone rules, tips to prevent child abduction, and many other resources leading up to the start of the 2022-2023 school year!
